Enjoying the Hospital Gardens

Emma has been such a trooper while we have been at the hospital. She can't wait to see her little brother Owen. She talks about him all day long. She is going to be a great big sister. Here are a few pictures of her enjoying the gardens outside of our room and one hanging out with mom after Owen was born.

My Little Scavenger

I made some pumpkin cookies today and Emma was my little clean up girl. She was scavenging all the crumbs and icing that dripped beneath the cooling racks. 

Science Museum

Today, we went with some friends to the Science Museum. Emma had so much fun in the toddler play area!

Trip to Terminal 21

Tonight we took the subway to a mall called Terminal 21. Emma had so much fun riding the train!

Package from Grandma

Thank you Grandma for the clothes and surprises in this package!

Grandma also sent some money for Emma to buy something with....

 which Emma put in her grocery cart and pushed around the living room the rest of the day.

Krispy Kreme

One of Emma's favorite desserts....Krispy Kreme donuts!! This one was HOT and fresh!  Krispy Kreme doesn't pass out free donuts here but if the workers see you have a young child, they will sometimes give her a free donut. Emma got lucky tonight. :)

New Toy from Grandma

Grandma sent some money in the mail for Emma to go by herself whatever she wanted in the toy store. Emma quickly gravitated to this bin of animal Legos. I am sure the fact that they are PINK influenced her decision. She has played with them so much and absolutely loves them.
